Fr Maximilian gives the homily on Jul 04 (Independence Day) on the true meaning of freedom. A politician may say, “Abortion is a heart-wrenching decision, but people have to be free to make that choice.” Wrong: we will never be truly free until we live and do as God wills. True freedom guides us back to God.
