Elias on the life of St. Pio of Pietrelcina, a great miracle worker on par with anyone in centuries past, but who died at the height of the space race in 1968, giving a spiritual impetus in a world hyped up on technology and in great ferment. Father focuses on the great number of confessions that Padre Pio heard where he delivered God's mercy to so many in a world that has forgotten what this means.
