Fra Solanus reviews A Handbook on Guadalupe, edited by the late Bro. Francis M. Kalvelage, F.I., and published by the Academy of the Immaculate. This book is a very comprehensive book on Our Lady of Guadalupe and, at the same time, is very easy to read. As well as the actual apparition itself, the book looks at the Aztec culture of death, scientific examinations on the tilma, theological aspects of the image, and much more. The book is well-illustrated with photographs. The video was filmed in Toodyay, Western Australia, and includes animated graphics to illustrate many points.
