Apr 19 – Homily – Fr Peter: In the Breaking of the Bread

Homily #150419lss ( 11min) Play - ...but the important point here is that we should listen as He says, "Woman behold thy son" - we are the children of Our Lady and who are represented by St. John the Evangelist, that is turn to the beloved disciple - and we all should be beloved disciples of Jesus. He said, "Son, behold your Mother." - My Mother. And what did the disciple do? he took Her into his home - not simply the stone edifice but that home that is the place of our heart - the very center of our personality. Take Her as your Mother so that you can understand what it means to be brother and sister to Jesus.
