Mar 08 – Homily – Fr Alan: Sanity v. Profanity

Homily #150308b ( 23min) Play - Fr. Alan preaches on the Gospel account of Jesus chasing the money changers out of the temple because they were profaning the holy temple of God, His Father's House.  He relates this to three of the gifts of the Holy Spirit: Fear of the Lord, Wisdom and Piety. God is present everywhere and by having a general sense of awareness of this presence, and a corresponding reverence, we will be given the grace of wisdom in counter-distinction to the insanity of the world. So we have a choice between profanity and sanity.
