Quoting from a dialogue between Napoleon III and a bishop, Father underlines that if a nation is indifferent to the truth, then Truth Himself will be indifferent to that nation, if we refuse to ask the protection of God, we will not get it, and will fall. The Heart of Jesus must reign in our society, He is the antidote to our confused and chaotic condition.
