Aug 26 – Homily – Fr Matthias: The Rosary of the 7 Joys of Mary

Homily #140826n ( 08min) Play - Father Matthias speaks of the history of the Rosary of the Seven Joys of Mary, also called the Franciscan Crown, focusing on its origin and on its recent developments such as the renewal of the indulgence at the request of the FI and the slightly different form it was given by the Church with the new indulgence. Father tells us that Mary is, as we call her, the Cause of Our Joy, but She wants us to be a cause of joy to Her by imitating Her, sharing in Her Joy, turning from sin, and loving her Son and Lord, Jesus, as She did.
