Homily #140401n ( 07min) Play - Father Matthias comments on today's liturgy, and reminds us of the duty to form our conscience, and that if we don't strive to do this, it will still be formed, but by the negative influences of the world. He recommends what today's collect calls "Venerable Exercises of Devotion." Specifically he mentions: (1) prayerful study of Sacred Scripture, (2) prayerful study of Church Teachings, (3) frequent confession, and (4) the imitation of the saints.
