Joachim on the solemnity of the Annunciation, when our Lord became flesh in the womb of the Blessed Virgin Mary, presents the great humility and love of God to become a man when he was almighty God in order to save those who rebelled against him. The devil is working hard to keep us from God, but God has pulled out all the stops to bring us back to Him. All we have to do is decide to turn toward him.
