Feb 09 – Homily – Fr Joachim: Preach the Truth in Love

Homily #140209b ( 10min) Play - Fr. Joachim on the need to accept and proclaim the truths of our faith but to do so in charity and put the message in practice in our own lives. This is the  only means of spreading the faith. If we get too far to the right and focus on truth alone and become self righteous or too far to the left and focus on self fulfillment and feelings at the expense of truth then we miss the Catholic balance. Instead charity and humility is the key to reach this balance where we have both truth and love and we will have the means to live our faith and so  become a light to the world.
