Homily #140130b ( 10min) Play - Fr. Elias preaches on how we can repent of a worldly, even scandalous life as he gives an account of the life of St. Hyacinth of Mariscotti a Franciscan Poor Clare. St. Hyacinth repented after being corrected by someone. Father uses this to encourage us to be open to correction and not be discouraged if we discover that we have lived a large portion of our life in a way displeasing to God, but rather to trust in God's forgiveness and also that we should be willing to give fraternal correction to others.
