Homily #131215n ( 13min) Play - Fr. Angelo urges us to prepare for Christmas by taking John the Baptist as a model and refusing to compromise. That is, refusing to compromise with ourselves and persevering in the good intentions of prayer, fasting, and alms-giving that we began Advent with. As we pass the mid-point of Advent, let us resolve to spend the rest of it in union with Our Lady as she prepared for the birth of her Son, and, in order to receive Jesus with a pure heart, go to confession.
