Elias preaches on the morning of Halloween and explains how it is really All Hollows Eve, the day before All Hollows Day, or as we call it today All Saints Day, a solemnity and even a holy day of obligation. So it is a very Catholic celebration. He exhorts us to do our part, however small, to bring this aspect back, and since this day has become associated with doing evil then we should do some act of reparation.
