I am blessed to have been given a first class relic of St Anne; mother of the Immaculate, and grandmother of Our Lord!
Anne means ‘grace’, right?

I was just wondering, did St Anne or Joachim know at any time before the Incarnation that their daughter was the Immaculate Conception? Or did God hide this mystery to keep the Holy Virgin as humble/unknown as possible?
I have never been inclined to read mystical books so I don’t know the life of Our Lady, except through the Most Holy Rosary, which of course is scriptural. 🙂
