The procession will start at 2 p.m. Sunday, June 10 at Our Lady’s Chapel on 600 Pleasant St, New Bedford. It will go to Our Lady of Purgatory Church (11 Franklin St.), St. Lawrence Martyr Church (560 County St.) and St. John the Baptist Church (344 County St.) and then will return to Our Lady’s Chapel for final prayers, hymns and Benediction. This Corpus Christi procession will be the 20th year for the friars in New Bedford since 1993 and will mark the 10th Anniversary of Eucharistic Adoration at the Chapel.

CONTRIBUTED Flanked by the Knights of Columbus, the priest carries the Blessed Sacrament during last year’s Corpus Christi Procession.

Was hoping you could tell me more about the music that was sung at the end of the “Brother Seagull” video. I found the Ensemble Organum Tantum Ergo, which is awesome, but I am not at all familiar with the lovely song sung by the women for the last section of the video. Would like to know what it was and where I could find recording or download of that song and more like it. Very pure and beautiful music. With gratitude,
