Fr. Gabriele elaborates on how Pope Pius XII gave us the privilege of this feast in virtue of the deep love St Francis had for Our Lady and because his vocation and order are both gifts from Her. She is truly the Queen of the Seraphic Order, and her domain is, and must be more and more, that of our souls.

Also, it is fitting that after this Mass, there were 6 postulants who were clothed in the habit, answering the call of Jesus to Sts. John and Andrew, "Come and See."
