“Let us highly esteem the virtue of charity if we want to find mercy before the Heavenly Father. Let us love charity and practice it; she is that virtue, which makes us children of one same Father, Who is in Heaven. Let us love and practice charity, being that it is the precept of the Divine Master: from this we are distinguished from the people, if we love and practice charity. Let us love charity and flee even from a shadow, which in any moment could cloud it.”
