“Even if it was given that you had committed all of the sins in this world, Jesus repeats to you: ‘Your many sins are forgiven you because you have loved much’. But then, you will say to me, why the trial of abandonment of my poor spirit? It is the trial of heavenly love. This is the trial of the privileged souls from Jesus, Who wanted to feel all the fear of that mysterious moral tempest of the desert, of the garden, of Calvary. Every soul who wants to save herself must taste something of that mysterious tempest because every predestinate soul must resemble Jesus.”
