“I want you to meditate every day on the humiliations of the Son of God and the glory to which they led. Let us consider how the Divine Word abased Himself. As St. Paul says: ‘Though He was in the form of God; for in Him the whole fullness of deity dwells bodily.’ He did not disdain to lower Himself to our level in order to raise us up to fullness of life in God.”
