Thank you, Fr. Angelo. You put into words many things weighing on my heart. How to give all back to God and how ridiculous the demands of being a servant to all…to love our enemies yet being careful not to cast ‘pearls before swine’. The constant need for penance and sorrow for sin, yet the amazing joy in seeing God at work to reconcile all things. With trembling and fear…Blessed be God forever. Peace to all the brethren!
Veritas! Veritas! And if we love as we have been commanded by Our Dear Lord we will not only love our neighbors but our enemies too! And this love will prove itself with the conversion of souls and their willingness to allow us to bring them to the heart of Jesus!
Deo Gratias for a wonderful homily. Oh how God loves my pagan co-worker, my boss who is on the board of directors of Planned Parenthood and my neighbor who is a Wiccan! What a gift I have been given to have them here to love. Praise be Jesus Christ!
