It's a great honour and great joy to be able to celebrate the mass in the ancient Roman rite. The Holy Father chose the feast of the exaltation, triumph of the Holy Cross as the day to initiate this particular restoration. Triumph of the Holy Cross was massed earlier in the old calender by the feast of the finding of the cross.
