Fr. Peter Damian Fehlner, F.I. Fr. Peter, a native of Dolgeville, NY, ordained in Rome in 1957, received the doctorate in Sacred Theology from the Seraphicum in Rome in 1959. For over 40 years he has taught dogmatic theology in various seminaries and university faculties, has written and lectured extensively; especially on things Marian and Franciscan in North America and Europe, for five years was editor of Miles Immaculatae founded by St. Maximilian Ma. Kolbe and has been featured on EWTN. Presently he is a member of the General Council of the Franciscans of the Immaculate and a professor of theology in their Institute of Ecclesiastical Studies, the Immaculatum (STIM) in Cassino, Italy.
Dr. Mark Miravalle, S.T.D. With a doctorate in theology from the Angelicum in Rome Dr. Miravalle is professor of theology at the Franciscan University of Steubenville, Ohio. Internationally known as a specialist in things Marian he has authored or edited many books on Our Lady as Coredemptrix, Mediatrix and Advocate, Lectured extensively on these and allied subjects, including many appearances on EWTN. He is President of the International Catholic Movement Vox Populi Mariae Mediatrici which has done so much in bringing public attention to the importance of the doctrine of Marian Coredemption and universal mediation.
Msgr. Arthur Burton Calkins Monsignor Arthur B. Calkins is a native of Erie , Pennsylvania , U.S.A. and was ordained a priest on 7 May 1970 for the Archdiocese of New Orleans where he served in various parishes as parochial vicar and was involved in other pastoral activities. He has a master's degree in theology from the Catholic University of America, a licentiate in sacred theology with specialization in Mariology from the International Marian Research Institute in Dayton and a doctorate which he earned summa cum laude in the same field from the Pontifical Theological Faculty of St. Bonaventure (the Seraphicum ) in Rome. His doctoral study, Totus Tuus: John Paul II's Program of Marian Consecration and Entrustment ( New Bedford , MA : Academy of the Immaculate “Studies and Texts,” No. 1), has gone into four printings and a second edition is being prepared. In 2006 Edizioni Cantagalli of Siena published his anthology on the Marian Magisterium of Pope John Paul II entitled Totus Tuus. Il Magistero Mariano di Giovanni Paolo II . His articles on Mariology and spirituality have appeared in both popular and scholarly publications as well as in the acts of congresses and symposia. He was named a corresponding member of the Pontifical International Marian Academy in 1985 and a corresponding member of the Pontifical Roman Theological Academy in 1995. He has been an official of the Pontifical Commission “Ecclesia Dei” since 1991 and was named a Chaplain of His Holiness with the title of Monsignor in 1997.
