He also addresses the fact hat he was a reformer of the Liturgy and liberalized the practices surrounding the Eucharist as a means of finally implementing the Council of Trent. This is in contrast to the popular conception in some agenda driven circles today that he is the icon of liturgical rigidity.Ave Maria!
