The “ABCs” of Blessed Mother Teresa

Ave Maria Meditations

Always have the courage to say sorry

Be kind, be compassionate

Control your judgements

Don’t let yourself get discouraged

Every minute is precious don’t waste your time

Find out what is nice in each other

Give until it hurts

Have deep respect for each other

If you really want to love God, love one another

Just do small things with great love

Keep your heart clean

Learn to pray, love to pray, and pray often

Make time for each other in your family

Never tell lies

Only believe you are precious to HIM

Put love in whatever you do

Quite alot of people have forgotten what love is, so begin to give the joy of loving

Refrain from prejudice

Smile at each other

Take the trouble to listen

Use your talents for the glory of God

Very often, we look but we don’t see. Let us look AND see

When humiliation comes, accept it and offer it

eXcuse rather than accuse

You must learn to forgive

Zeal is a second name for love. Do not lose that zeal!

Our Lady found this unworthy lukewarm person and obtained for her the grace to enter the Third Order of the Franciscans of the Immaculate. May this person spend all eternity in showing her gratitude.

These thougths are very necessary today, when people think being agressive and cruel they will be happy! But this is a total madness. We just can be happy being good, loving, being kind.

I would like to share with you all this other speech of Mother Teresa.

Her life is an example for others. The truth of her life in Jesus’ service is opposite the worlds view. Forgive not revenge or hate. True peace comes from keeping strife out of your mind and accepting troubles with calm patience and thanksgiving. Prayer is essential to peaceful living. Give your worry to Jesus and let come what may in knowledge He is in total control over every event in your life for your own best interests.

If everybody would follow these guidelines, the world would be a much better place to live and people would be happy. Let’s teach by example.

Love always conquers at the end.

The real beauty of her philosophy is the expression of love in everything the Missionaries of Charity do. But they are grounded in reality. They work hard and are genuinely devoted to serving God and the poorest of the poor. They will break out into joyous song without warning and their happiness is infectious. I can honestly say they are the most joyful group of people I have ever seen.

These words ring as true as they did then. Too many times the word saint is used to describe people who don’t quite fit the title. And then there is Mother Teresa. She surely was one that was so selfless, so devoted to God, and simply lived with an unbreakable faith. She was made fun of at times, people questioned if she was as good as people said she was. How sad that people could not have anything better to do than to try to destroy this wonderful lady and her reputation. I am inspired by these words, and would like to live by them. Bless you all.

I have already commented but I would like to share a video about Mother Teresa. It’s a short but very beautiful video about her, with a beatiful song.

    Please, check out.
