12min) Play - Today is Good Shepherd Sunday where Our Lord leads His sheep from the barren land of sin and death to the green pastures of eternal life. He does this by laying down His life for His sheep, placing Himself between the wolf and the sheep, but then rises again.Ave Maria!

Again another wonderful, on point, homily. Let us always remember that we are to pray for the shepherds Christ has sent us. May we always be grateful that these shepherds have laid down their lives in sacrifice to perpetuate the gift of God’s love, the sacraments and the presence of Jesus in the Eucharist. Without these shepherds what recourse would we have? May Our Lord and Our Lady bless all our priests and religous and in a special way, the F.I.’s.
