She has not just become public, but provocatively public, after clear and personal direction by the Holy Father. Allowing her to receive Holy Communion after this event will place the bishop of her diocese in clear opposition to the Holy Father and perhaps excommunicate him laetae sentiae, according to Canon Law.

Lent is coming, indeed.

There is a list circulating of pro-abortion ‘Catholic’ politicians and how much money the abortion industry has contributed to them. For some it was hundreds of thousands of dollars. Rather like selling your soul.

Even Our Lord Himself does not trample on free will and when a person will not obey, but obstinately refuses to obey even the Vicar of Christ…and then it seems to go on with impunity, the scandal given is most grave.
