Top of the list is defunding Planned Parenthood of the 300 Million dollars per year of federal funding. This should be no problem given the need to cut the budget deficit, that we have a Republican House of Representatives and there is mounting evidence that Planned Parenthood cares more about the men who are procuring abortions than women who are clearly being abused.

On a state level legislation for mandatory parental notification before an abortion can take place is on the top of the list.
