Homily #101005 ( 10min) Play – Fr. Dominic preaches on the Gospel story of the two sisters Martha and Mary where Mary sits at the feet of our Lord listening while Martha complains that she is left with all the work. He relates these two sisters the two forms of life, the contemplative by Mary and the active by Martha. Here Martha runs out to greet Our Lord and expresses her great faith in Him to raise up her brother. This shows how much progress she has made since the last visit of Our Lord when He reprimanded her for being too concerned with many things. Let us pray for the grace to progress like Martha.
