Video – Defend Pope Benedict & Fifth Marian Dogma pt2- Dr. Miravalle: Mcasts67

Click to Play Video

MaryCast Specials #67 ( 07min) Play – Mark Miravalle continues from his previous video where he asks us to defend Pope Benedict and pray for the declaration of the Fifth Marian Dogma, Mary as Coredemptrix, Mediatrix and Advocate.  He notes how it was in a time of life threatening crisis that Pope Pius IX declared the dogma of the Immaculate Conception in 1854 and how the Papacy then enjoyed over a century of growing prestige. Is it a coincidence, then, that as the persecution mounts against Pope Benedict he has started using the title “Mediatrix of Graces” for Mary. Yes, now is the time to pray for this declaration!!

The Glories of Mary #15: Mary Our Advocate

Saturday, February 6th, 2010

Mary is so tender an Advocate that she does not refuse to defend the Cause even of the most miserable.

STORY
In one of our missions, after the sermon on the Blessed Virgin Mary, which it is always customary in our Congregation to preach, a very old man came to make his confession to one of the Fathers.  Filled with consolation he said, “Father, our Blessed Lady has granted me a grace.”  “What grace has she granted you?”  the confessor asked.  “You must know, Father,” he replied, “that for five-and-thirty years I have made sacrilegious confessions, (more…)

Our Immaculate and Sorrowful Heavenly Mother

Tuesday, September 15th, 2009

Ave  Maria  Meditations

Mary, Coredemptrix

You are blessed among women, Coredemptrix! Blessed One selected in preference to all who are blessed! Chosen One, singular among all who are chosen! Priceless Pearl that belongs in the treasury of God’s wisdom! Mother, you are the Glory of Mothers! We seek you, O Lady, and in all sincerity turn to you in prayer. Help us in our weakness; turn away from us all disgrace. Who is more worthy of entreating the Heart of our Lord Jesus Christ than you, blessed Mary, who live with your Son and speak with Him? Speak, Mother, for your Son listens to you; and whatever you desire you will receive. Invoke His holy name in our behalf.

- St. Bernard (+1153)

O Mary, Mary, bearer of the fire of love, and dispenser of mercy! Mary, Co-redemptrix of the human race, when you clothed the Word with your flesh, the world was redeemed. Christ paid its ransom with His Passion and you paid it with the sorrows of your body and soul.

-St. Catherine of Siena

News – Cardinal Toppo on 5th Marian Dogma

Tuesday, May 6th, 2008
?

Ave Maria!

Cardinal Toppo speaks again about the 5th Marian Dogma in an interview with Zenit News.

He advocates the dogma expressed in the title “Spiritual Mother of All Humanity.” He relates how the declaration would actually help the ecumenical dialog as opposed to harm it as many detractors claim.

Zenit writes:

The archbishop of Ranchi and former president of the episcopal conference of India is one of the five cardinal co-sponsors of the 2005 International Symposium on Marian Co-redemption, held in Fatima, who are asking Benedict XVI to declare a fifth Marian dogma.

The petition urges the Pope to proclaim Mary “the Spiritual Mother of All Humanity, the co-redemptrix with Jesus the redeemer, mediatrix of all graces with Jesus the one mediator, and advocate with Jesus Christ on behalf of the human race.” (more…)
