Homily #150908m ( 18min) Play - For the 1st time ever, religious professions were held at the Mt. St. Francis Hermitage in Maine, NY. On the Feast of the Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary, eight friars in total made their professions: one first profession of vows, and seven renewals of profession for one year. The friar making his first profession of vows was Friar Pedro Francesco Maria of the Most Holy Rosary (formerly Nelson Olhero), and the seven making the renewal of their vows were Friar John Paul, Friar Charles, Friar Camillo, Friar Charbel, Friar Gabriel, Friar Felix, and Friar Gregory.
