I must confess, I don’t even know which house of ours this is from, but I assume it is from one in Italy. Fr. Elias here at Bloomington gave me the tip. It features the acrobatic culinary talent of Fra Christophe Mary Rebbaccai who was a champion exhibition pizza maker in his former life and apparently has not lost his touch. I didn’t see him drop it once. His brother who is also a friar, Fra Simon Pier Mary Rebbaccai, also makes an appearance at the end to demonstrate some teamwork and that the talent runs in the family. I’ll take pepperoni! Mangia! And wash those habits!
