Mangan, director of the Office of the Marian Apostolate in the Diocese of Sioux Falls speaks on The Summons to Sacrifice for Sinners as given by Our Lady of Fatima and exemplified by St. Maximilian Mary Kolbe who died in Auschwitz to save the life of man who was condemned to die.
