Video – New Pentecost 5th Marian Dogma – Dr. Miravalle: Mcasts77

Sunday, May 23rd, 2010

Click to Play Video

MaryCast Specials #77 ( 09min) Play – Dr. Mark Miravalle gives a compelling argument for how the proclamation of the 5th Marian Dogma can bring about a new Pentecost since Mary was so instrumental for the first one where the Holy Spirit, her spouse, descended on the Apostles. He mentions the comparison that St. Maximilian Kolbe made of the spousal relationship between Mary and the Holy Spirit with that of the union of two natures, human and divine, in the person of Jesus Christ.

Face of Pro-Life #91 – Host Corinn Dahm with Bill O’Brien ( 30min) >>> Play

Ave Maria!

Corinn Dahm and Bill O’Brien discuss the many problems with the National Healthcare Bill that was recently passed including:

  • How tax money is being used to fund abortion despite Nancy Pelosi’s claim to the contrary.
  • Unprecedented use of reconciliation.
  • Death Panels and Rationing of limited resources.
  • Better alternatives  being ignored such as the health saving accounts that would actually save money.
  • Assisted suicide, legal in 3 states, more  states have bills pending.
  • Under funded pregnancy centers that are so incredibly helpful to give women real choices
  • How Pro-aborts are limiting choices to women.

May 23 – Homily – Fr Angelo: Transforming Pentecost

Sunday, May 23rd, 2010
Click to Play

Homily #100523 ( 12min) Play – Today on Pentecost Sunday we celebrate the coming of the Holy Spirit on Mary and the Apostles. Fr. Angelo focuses on the fact that the Gospel reading for this feast are from the Last Supper where Our Lord institutes the Eucharist and thus the connection between the transformative power of the Holy Spirit and that of the priestly ministry, especially during the consecration of the bread into the Eucharist and, in turn, for the transformation of ourselves into His disciples.

Thoughts on our Blessed Lady

Ave Maria Meditations

From True Devotion to Mary:

-Jesus gave more glory to God the Father by submission to His Mother during those thirty years than He would have given Him by converting the whole world by the working of the most stupendous miracles. Oh, how highly we glorify God when, to please Him, we submit ourselves to Mary after the example of Jesus Christ, our sole Exemplar.

-The Holy Ghost, the more He finds Mary His dear and inseparable spouse in any soul, the more active and mightly He becomes in that soul, and that soul in Jesus Christ..  He has chosen her (Mary) to be ethe dispenser of all…His gifts and graces. The Holy Ghost gives no heavenly gift to men which He does not have pass through her virginal hands.

-Our Lord is still, in Heaven,  as much the Son of Mary as He was on earth, and that, consequently, He has retained HIs obedience and submission of the most perfect Child toward the best of mothers.  Mary…asks nothing, wishes nothing, does nothing contrary to the eternal and immutable will of God.  God has empowered her and commissioned her to fill with saints the empty thrones from which the apostate angels fell by pride. May 21 – No Homily

Friday, May 21st, 2010

Sorry, Lost the recording, technical failure.
Today we have again, according to the old calendar, the same readings as we had on Ascension Thursday. Fr. Angelo preached on the need to believe and trust in God who does reveal himself but we need the virtue of prudence to have the wisdom to discern false revelation from true so that we do not get side tracked by every purported apparition and miracle nor by scandal.

Ave Maria!

A major Marian conference discussing the impact the proclamation of the Co-redemption Dogma would have on the Church for the triumph of the Immaculate Heart of Mary in the context of approved Marian Apparitions. This conference was held on the anniversary of the last apparition of Our Lady of All Nations on May 31, 1959, the feast of the Visitation in Amsterdam, Netherlands where the apparitions took place along side one of the famous Dutch canals at the historic Victoria Hotel in Park Plaza at the heart of the city in the presence of 100 select guests.

Holy Father entrusts Clergy to Our Lady

Thursday, May 20th, 2010

At Fatima on May 12, 2010,

the Holy Father consecrated Priests in this Year for Priests to the Blessed Mother.

Immaculate Mother, in this place of grace, called together by the love of your Son Jesus the Eternal High Priest, we, sons in the Son and His priests, consecrate ourselves to your maternal Heart, in order to carry out faithfully the Father’s Will.

We are mindful that, without Jesus, we can do nothing good (cf. Jn 15:5) and that only through Him, with Him and in Him, will we be instruments of salvation for the world.

Bride of the Holy Spirit, obtain for us the inestimable gift of transformation in Christ. Through the same power of the Spirit that overshadowed you, making you the Mother of the Saviour, help us to bring Christ your Son to birth in ourselves too. May the Church be thus renewed by priests who are holy, priests transfigured by the grace of Him who makes all things new. (more…)

Discussion Group: The Secrets of the Knights Templar Revealed!

Wednesday, May 19th, 2010

Okay, that is a bit of grandstanding, I admit.  But now that I have your attention send me an email so I can hook you electronically in to the discussion beginning at 8:10 pm tomorrow night and we will have some valuable (and largely unknown) lessons to be learned from the real wisdom of the Templars, men of prayer and action.  Or better yet, come to the friary in Griswold for the holy hour at 7:00 Pm, followed by the discussion. Should be interesting.  Look forward to seeing you.

BTW, we will be using something a bit more sophisticated and useful than live-streaming this time around.
