Ave Maria!

Ray Noury, a World War II Army Air Corps Sergeant Veteran, visits the Czech Republic. Since 1944 the people of Nepomuk and Pradlo have been remembering and honoring the soldiers that left their families and homeland to fight and die for their freedom. After the end of Soviet occupation of Czechoslovakia in 1990 the people of Nepomuk and Pradlo could then erect  public monuments as they wished in honor of the American soldiers that fought for their freedom. In 1990 a stone crucifix was erected in place of the stone cross from 1944, and a more formidable burial was given to the remains of the crew.

    That was fantastic! Well done!

God bless you and Our Lady keep you, Sgt. Noury. I am so happy that you and your crew mates were honored in this way and that you were able to attend.

What a great use for Eric’s music, too.
