Aug 26 – No Homily Today

Ave Maria!

Sorry, no homily, we lost audio.

The homily today was on the Seven Joys of Our Lady which we celebrate as a feast today with special permission since it was suppressed after Vatican II. The Seven Joys is a version of the Rosary with seven decades commemorating, the Annunciation, the Visitation, The Nativity, the Adoration of the Magi, the Finding of Our Lord in the Temple, the Assumption and the Coronation.

    Dear Fathers,

I’m one of those who believe there’s no such thing as a coincidence. You mentioned that the seven joys were “supressed” after Vatican II. You lost audio today, while preaching on the 7 joys. Hmmmm? If I don’t get to hear about these 7 joys, I will think I missed something, or that “someone” doesn’t want me to here this awesome news. If it’s the Blessed MOther’s wish, could you somehow find a way to recast this homily?

May God Bless you and Mary, Our mother protect all of you!!
    AVE Maria!!

    Mary,

You must be praying hard. We had another homily in the evening and, yes, it was on the Seven Joys of Our Lady. So I guess someone does want you to hear it.
