Ave Maria! “Holy Father St. Francis writes in the Rule: ‘may the friars not extinguish the spirit of prayer‘. The spirit which consists in always elevating one’s thought to God, one’s thought, that is, one’s intention in doing things, to work, to rest, and also to pray in public only because this is the will of the Immaculate, to please Her and, through Her, the Most Sacred Heart of Jesus.” (SK #878)
