“The goal of the Militia of the Immaculate is so difficult to attain that, if one counted only on the energy, the activity and the strength that nature provides, one could justly doubt the possibility of success. Every day experience, in fact, teaches us that the enemies of the Church have natural means which are more abundant and available, according to the words of Christ, they are more clever than the sons of light. Moreover, to obtain someone’s conversion and sanctification, grace is necessary, while corrupt nature is already inclined – by itself – towards sin. Consequently, one can only count on help from above. And in these matters, the easiest and surest help is, by the will of God, the Most Holy Virgin Mary.” (SK #1007)
