Video – Fr. Angelo – Homily: Being Child-like, Not Childish

Homilies #73 – Friday Easter Homily by Fr. Angelo, F.I. (5min) >>> Play

Ave Maria!

In this homily, Fr. Angelo discusses another Christian paradox: Christ tells us that unless we become like a little child, we shall not enter into the kingdom of heaven, yet Saint Paul tells us to be an adult and put aside childish ways. Well, which is it? May 11 is the Franciscan memorial of St. Ignatius of Laconi, a humble, illiterate Capuchin friar who lived in the light of Christ and who knew the answer to the paradox that Fr. Angelo speaks of today.

Ave Maria!
