Rob Landolphi and his two able assistants Rosemary Antunes and Fra Joseph Mary F.I. combine cooking and teaching on the Saints and ethnic Irish culture and food on this first episode of our new series Food for the Journey. I happened to be in the studio… during this shoot….and the food tasted as good as it looked! Rob, Rosemary and Fra Joseph got five star ‘Yummmms” all around.

Oh my gosh! I was there for the shooting…and sang the Irish Blessing…my voice sounds so little! That brings back memories…I can still smell all those foods…yuuuuuuuummy!!!! Everything was so good, we were allowed to eat it too…can’t wait to help with the next episode!
